  • New - Event Save Email scenarios include new Task Actions criteria options.
  • New - Shared Location has been added as an Event Form Rule source.
  • New - Express Scheduling now includes the option to schedule with the help of Seven, an AI chatbot.
    • Administrators can opt out of this feature through System Settings > General Settings > User Defaults.
  • Other Fixes and Improvements:
    • System Tags can now be added to Org Type Master Definitions.
    • Restored functionality for Event Form Rules that include nested criteria.
    • Users no longer need the ability to view a task list to see the Request Cancellation button on an event.
    • The template variable {{$pro.vars.pricing.grandTotal}} no longer incorrectly returns 0 when the total is some other value.
    • Custom Attribute subsections are no longer hidden when moving from the Buildings section of the Master Definitions to the Custom Attributes section.
    • The New Partition button no longer displays on an Organization Details page when Edit Mode is off.
    • Fixed issue that, in rare cases, could cause an "Error saving; data format/validation error. Details: Bad object reference in organization custom attribute." error, if a custom attribute was using an organization value and that organization was later deleted.
    • When email templates that use "pre-save" variables are previewed, a new message will inform the user that pre-save variables are included.
    • Duplicate System Tags are no longer created when a user presses Save twice on a new tag, in quick succession.
    • Users no longer encounter loading issues when accessing the Availability (Weekly) view of a location that they don't have view rights for.
    • Users no longer encounter loading issues when directly accessing the URL of a resource that they don't have view rights for.
    • Updated the name of a Document Management scope from "Invoice (Payment) - Excel" to "Invoice Details - Excel (Payment)".
    • Improvements made to reset the Additional Time values when a layout is updated on an event, or a location is removed from an event.
    • The error "(TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'reduce')" no longer displays in Pricing > Payments, in cases where invoices have had all pricing items removed
    • Improvements made to only display variables that are relevant to the chosen scope in Document Management dropdown menus.
    • CC and BCC fields have been added to the Send Request Payment email options in Pricing > Payments
    • Fixed benign display issue where an adjustment percentage could include two extra zeroes before the decimal point, (e.g. 12.00% → 1200.00%).  in Pricing > Payments in cases where both a dollar value and percentage value adjustment were added to an invoice total.
    • Custom Attributes with multiple values are now better displayed in Publisher
    • The Occurrence view is now hidden from event Pricing invoices that have no associated occurrences.
    • Search queries are no longer cut short when adding several meeting pattern criteria.
  • Event Occurrences Tab Updates and Fixes:
    • A "No occurrences are found." message has been added to the event Occurrences tab in cases where an event only has a single occurrence.
    • Fixed issue where users with appropriate rights could not unassign resources in the Occurrences event view.
    • The Filter window is no longer cut off when searching for locations and resources in the event Occurrences view.
    • The Filter by Locations and Filter by Resources section of the event Occurrences tabs no longer have white text on a white background when using Dark Mode.
    • Users are now able to inline edit requested locations and resources on occurrences, not just those that are assigned.
    • Fixed issue where users with appropriate permissions could not inline edit the Additional Time in cases where the end time met the beginning of a location's closed hours.
