Many of the issues in each release are based on your customer requests on the Series25 Feature Upvote site. Go to a Series25 application, log in, then navigate from the Product Feedback link in the More menu. You will be automatically authenticated.

  • Waitlist improvements:
    • Extended waitlist functionality to allow request-based waitlists to be reordered, with locations added via occurrence inline editing displayed on the Occurrences tab, and waitlist order also manageable from the Location record's Waitlist tab
    • Created a more intuitive display of imported academic sections in the Waitlist, specifically in the Task view
    • Locations added to the waitlist via occurrence inline edit will now display next to the location in the Occurrences tab, with waitlist order changes restricted to users with full object security rights on the location
    • A new Waitlist tab on location records gives location administrators a table view of waitlisted events for a given time period, with options to filter, add events to the queue, and link to the Manage Waitlist modal
    • When a location is already booked for a conflicting event, users can now add that location to a waitlist directly from the inline edit location search if the location has the Allow Waitlist setting enabled
  • Added a new ws.InvoiceByCategory table variable to Document Management for the s, allowing users to select one or more resource categories whose invoice data will be included in the document output
  • New "Move conflicts to preferences" checkbox in the event Import Tool enables events with conflicting location or resource assignments to be imported successfully, saving the conflicting location or resource as an event preference
  • Added two new toggles to the event form configurations that allow users with appropriate permissions to hide the "Hide Conflicts" and "Enforce Headcount" checkboxes from users to streamline event request choices, as well as giving control over the default state of those checkboxes in the event form
  • Additional Fixes and Improvements
    • Improved validation message when creating a native user in 25Live with a password outside the 5 to 28-character range
    • When a duplicate work email address is entered in the Create Contact modal on the Event Form, selecting Cancel now closes the modal instead of just clearing the warning message
    • Updated the repeating pattern calendar in the Event Form to present the month and year input in the initial date field, saving users from having to navigate the calendar manually to find the correct month
    • Users may now clear the fill ratio field for locations, in addition to setting it to a value between 0 and 100
    • Fixed an issue where organization partition preferences did not display for organizations that had multiple preference queries, occurring when duplicate rows were created
    • Ensured that selecting a partition and then closing the dropdown when adding a partition preference to an organization reliably saves the selection
    • Resolved the loading issue in academic meeting pattern grids for organizations that had either duplicate preference queries or a deprecated query step
    • Removed erroneous extra time added when editing an event that used a location with multiple layouts, each of which had set-up/take-down times
    • Made sure using "Select All" in Master Definitions columns updates records and reflects the change in the UI
    • Fixed problem when previewing an invoice document; re-selecting a previously viewed invoice did not update the preview, displaying the wrong invoice
    • Restored the missing preview option for invoice (payments) documents using the "Org ID" parameter
    • Stopped the event type quick search filter from pulling the wrong ID, which caused incorrect filtering results when searching events by type
    • Reduced long load times for location availability results in the Location search
    • Ensured a false conflict message doesn't appear when using occurrence inline editing to switch to a layout with the same setup time as the current layout, even though no time change is actually occurring
    • Prevented an Event Save Email scenario from triggering even when the save failed (for example, due to an inactive custom attribute), which resulted in notification emails being sent for events that were never actually saved
    • Resolved errors that occurred when rapidly deleting multiple occurrences using occurrence inline editing
    • Ensured exiting a Masquerade session doesn't cause the screen to go blank, instead of returning to the home screen to prompt login
    • Made sure the "All" selector for filters behaves as expected
    • Addressed a problem when running a bulk edit on an advanced event search and then modifying the search criteria, where the updated search results did not carry over into the bulk edit screen
    • The Copy button is now hidden from non-signed-in users
    • Made changes to be sure the "Edit Event" option appears on the Audit Trail page on initial load without requiring a refresh
    • Fixed display issue causing pricing data not to appear until the page was manually refreshed when a new event was opened directly to the Pricing tab.
    • Prevented an internal system error when saving an event form that failed with a custom attribute value exceeding the character length limit
    • Prevented users from saving a new or existing event quota with the same name as an existing quota
    • Tightened security when creating a new user
    • Fixed a bug where unchecking a custom attribute value in the Event Form failed to remove that attribute from the event
    • Improved the readability of location names on the Availability grid when Dark Mode is enabled
    • Improved advanced search results to return only relevant results
    • Accessibility improvements:
      • Added descriptive labels to the Delete Mode and Edit Mode toggles in 25Live to improve accessibility for screen readers
      • New ability to add alt text for Location images, so screen readers can read image descriptions
