- New - An Options button on location Availability Grids allows users to choose between displaying the short location name or the formal name, and whether or not to display the default layout capacity
- New - Users can now search for events based on whether they have associated invoices or payments

- Event Form Functionality Improvements:
- New - The Event Details source in Event Form Rules now includes a Relative Date option, which allows to search for events within a timeframe ("5 days from event start", etc.)
- New - Event Form Settings > Config Settings now includes a toggle option to set all custom attributes as optional, regardless of rules, restrictions, etc.
- New - The Event Form Rule source Form Mode allows users to create rules based on whether an event is being created or edited
- New - Custom attributes added through Event Form Rules can now be set to required
- New - Event Form Rules now include Any or None operators for several source options
- New - Event Form Rules now includes a Validation section where users can set up rules to ensure the event form is completed correctly, triggering responses like preventing a save or issuing a warning if it is not
- New - Event Form Rules now includes an Add Recommended Locations target, which users can use to replace the standard location search
- Other Fixes and Improvements:
- The Page Size dropdown selection on search pages is now retained after a user adjusts the number of search results displayed and refreshes
- Users can now search for events using an attendee's name
- Fixed the Event Image (-20) and Detail Image (-21) custom attributes so that their names can no longer be edited
- The Exit Masquerade option is now available in smaller browser widths (such as mobile) through the More menu
- A new Document Management table variable ( ) provides a summary of the occurrences for each profile/segment on an event in Event-Based documents
- Template conditionals no longer escape special characters
- Fixed issue where bulk editing could cause 1000+ results to display on a search page
- Master Definitions named "null" no longer prevent the associated Master Definitions table from loading
- The warning that appears in Master Definitions > Custom Attributes when no abridged items are selected is no longer triggered when no boxes are checked in the Event Form column
- Fixed issue where the date of an occurrence that was removed from an event would be omitted from the audit trail message
- The Upload a file button in the custom attribute modal of the event form now responds as expected when clicked
- Backend improvements made to reduce intermittent long save times
- Fixed issue where new pricing sets with multiple occurrences would apply adjustments to all occurrences
- Users can now decide if they want the Create Event button or Express Scheduling widget to display on the dashboard
- Fixed various issues where users with the rights to see all master definitions would still see some definitions populate as Private, in 25Live instances where no event master definitions were marked as abridged
- Adjusted warning behavior when bound events are moved horizontally on the Meeting Pattern Grid to a placement that overlaps another event
- Payments with an Unpaid status on Pricing Sets are no longer incorrectly subtracted from the Outstanding Balance
- Removed the Replace Voided Id field from the Payment History table
- Calendars and availability views no longer show all public searches to users with limited public search rights
- Fixed issue where the search selector in embedded location forms would not update search results after users made two or more searches
- Patch 09/23/2024:
- Fixed issue where users could have trouble editing rate schedules if their instance had no tax schedules
- Restored the ability to save email addresses in User Settings
- Fixed issue where various 25Live datepickers begin the weekday on Monday instead of Sunday or whichever day is configured by the user
