  • The new Manage Waitlist feature has been refined
    • Added easier-to-read columns for waiting requests in the queue
    • You can now hide conflicting requests when finding a location on the event form
    • Added the ability to approve tasks in a group of requests without denying all other waiting requests
    • Shared locations appropriately don't display as waiting/conflicts
    • Conflicting requests that are waiting are now displayed in a modal window, showing the status with a link to the location's Availability (Weekly) view
  • Document Management Improvements
    • New subreport templates added to make creating these reusable reporting pieces easier
    • A new link allows you to easily access and edit subreports from a document's settings (while being mindful that subreports may be used in other reports as well)
    • Added a new Resource Instructions variable for Document Management within the Occurrences by Date scope, and also added more details to the Invoice Details (Payment) Excel scope
  • A different "Welcome" message can now be displayed per security group (configured in the Series25 Group Administration tool)
  • Within Pricing > Pricing Mode > Payment, you can now change the invoice name (limited to 80 characters) as well as change the invoice display order using drag-and-drop controls (including the ability to save the sort order)
  • Availability grids can now be opened to a specific date instead of only to the current date
  • Ensured multiple same-day requests that don't overlap aren't erroneously marked as conflicting
  • Fixed an error that didn't display when trying to create a calendar named the same as an existing calendar
  • Tightened security to not allow a user to see a "Go To Location" link if they cannot view the location
  • Resolved issues when editing Blackout profiles that contained special characters in the name
  • Addressed an incorrect permissions error when editing system tags
  • Prevented duplicate confirmation emails when changes were made simultaneously to an event
  • Ensured the correct open/close hours always show for locations within the daily availability grid views
  • Improved display of contact roles
  • Improved accessibility for the contrast of disabled buttons for low vision users
