  • New - Event Affirmations and Event States can now be selected as an Event Form Rule sources
  • New - For schools that have a StandOut Classroom license, the StandOut Classroom location can now be utilized on a 25Live event
  • Other Fixes and Improvements:
    • Numerous updates have been made the look of the Meeting Pattern Grid
    • If two unbound events that have overlapping dates in the Meeting Pattern Grid are moved to an overlapping position, the user will receive a warning
      • Additionally, if the user tries to send those events to the Optimizer, they will receive a double booking error
    • Pairs of bound events—with any type of binding—will move with one another when clicking and dragging events on the Meeting Pattern Grid
    • Improvements made to zoom functionality on the Meeting Pattern Grid
    • Fixed issue where scheduled emails would not always pick up changes to the event details if those changes did not trigger the scenario itself
    • Multi-value custom attributes are now easier to read when previewing them in the event form, Document Management, Event Save Email scenarios, and Event Save Email templates
    • Restored email sending functionality for Event Save Email scenarios that rely on the event's cancellation as the trigger 
    • The Request Cancellation button on Event Details pages no longer displays if the cancellation request has already been made
    • Removed the Edit Mode toggle on Event Details page from view for users that don't have inline editing permissions
    • The email text boxes in More Actions > Email Event can now be resized vertically—not just diagonally and horizontally
    • Improved the warning message that users may see when they try cancelling a task without the correct permissions
    • Fixed issue where the locations/resources that were previously selected in Event Form Rules would not appear to be selected if there were more than 100 of them
    • A Success message now displays after bulk editing location buildings 
    • Fixed issue where users with override permissions could not save changes to an event that took place within blackout hours if the location panel was hidden from the event form
    • A new Order column has been added to the Categories, Requirements, and Roles sections of the Master Definitions, which allows keyboard users to enter a number into an input to update the item orderA Usage modal has been added to the Categories, Requirements, and Roles sections of the Master Definitions
    • Improvements made to search results when searching for a meeting pattern
    • Adjusted the placement of the task list Add Assignees modal on the user interface so that it is not cropped from view
    • Fixed issue where unsaved changes were not included in Event Save Email scenario previews
    • A warning message will now appear if a user is attempting to a assign a To Do task to a user with insufficient permissions
    • Fixed issue where adjustments made to a single occurrence via the Occurrence View on standard pricing would be applied to all occurrences assigned to a set
    • Force deleting a custom attribute will now remove it from existing Event Form Rules
  • Patch 08/13/2024:
    • 7 Point Solutions payment processing integration is now open to all instances
    • Fixed issue where To Do tasks tied to Event Save Email scenarios would not be generated as expected
    • Changing the time on rate group formulas no longer results in the field going blank
    • Fixed unexpected "End time must be after start time" error that could pop up after changing a rate schedule
