  • New - Beta functionality has been added to the Event Details Occurrence tab to allow several new inline editing options, including the ability to:
    • Copy occurrences
    • Add and edit locations and resources
    • Update the date and time of an occurrence—including the pre, post, setup, and takedown times
    • Update resource quantities, location setup instructions, and location layouts
    • Bulk edit occurrence assignments and instructions
    • Change occurrences that are active to cancelled and vice versa
    • Delete occurrences from multi-occurrence events
    • Add comments
    • Add segments

This functionality is currently in beta. If you would like this feature enabled in your 25Live instance, please reach out to your account manager.

  • New - Several updates have been made to Availability (Weekly) views, including the ability to:
    • Change the view between separated and overlapping
    • View location utilization
    • Drag events to make multi-occurrence events
    • See more data in the hover panels
    • Add segments 
    • Several other design improvements 
  • New - A library of templates has been added to Document Management
  • New - Several new Pricing variables have been added to Document Management under Invoice Totals including: Total List Price, Total Charge, Total Adjustments, Locations Total, Locations Total List Price, Resources Total, Resources Total List Price, Location Total, Location Total List Price, Resource Total, Resource Total List Price
  • Other Fixes and Improvements:
    • Restored the information displayed on the Occurrence Details window that pops up when right-clicking on an event from an availability view 
    • Removed the Summary header from Payment Mode, Invoice Activity, and individual invoices
    • Acting on To Do tasks no longer updates the scheduled email owner
    • The time remains the same after changing an occurrence date (instead of switching to 12AM)
    • Checkboxes have been added to Requirement targets in Event Form Rules, allowing users to indicate if the requirement should be optional
    • Rate Description is now a table option in Document Management under Table Builder > Bill Items
    • Fixed issue where updating the event owner from the More Actions menu of the Event Details page while Edit Mode was off would update the associated organization name to the event owner's name
    • Document Management reports no longer throw a 500 error when there is an ampersand symbol ( & ) in the associated Organization Title
    • Fixed issue where the Manage Occurrences modal of an embedded event form would only show the first 20 occurrences
    • Restored the "No Results" message that displays under the Invoices section when there are no associated invoices on an Invoice (Payment) document type in Document Management
    • The Deactivate button in Event Type Hierarchy has been replaced with an Active/Inactive toggle
    • Validation rules are no longer prevented from saving when their only target is Minimum Additional Time  
    • New date format variable Dow, M/d (i.e. Mon, 6/15) has added to the table builder
    • Fixed issue where selecting multiple searches in an embedded availability view would return no results
    • When users click the gear icon on a Meeting Pattern Grid event block, the event's start and end time is now displayed on the info panel
    • Fixed background issue that could cause locations and resources to not be assigned to events correctly through Event Form Rules that relied on a boolean custom attribute response
    • Users can now filter blackouts in Blackout Management by name and/or location
    • The color shift on an occurrence in the Event Details now longer displays when no additional time has been added
    • Fixed issue that could remove event preferences from the Occurrence tab in rare situations
    • Restored font size CSS changes on embedded availability weekly views
  • TCS Updates:
    • TCS customers have the option to enable SIS Import/Export settings in System Settings > Integrations
    • TCS customers now have an option to bulk edit events and add back to back binding 
    • TCS customers now have an Export to SIS option under the event search actions
  • Patch 11/06/2024
    • Restored the ability to set post-event time to zero when editing occurrences
    • Made fixes to ensure that event Requirements that are not configured as required in the Event Form Rules are no longer automatically checked as required when added to an event and vice versa
    • Restored the ability to select reservation-based documents when generating a report through More Actions > Print Report menu of an event
    • Fixed issue where adjustments were not reflected on some invoice tables if multiple organizations were invoiced
