  • New - Document Management now has a Invoice (Payment) document scope option, which includes new template variable options
  • New - The Event Form Rules target Min Additional Time allows users to automatically add Setup, Pre, Post, and Takedown time to en event based on other event criteria
  • New - The Event Form and Event Details pages now recognize Custom Attributes and Requirements that have URLs in their names and generate clickable links for those items
  • Other Fixes and Improvements:
    • Several Event Pricing tabs improvements have been added:
      • Users can now toggle between a Standard view and Payment view
      • Users will now generate invoices and view past invoice activity from the new Invoice Activity view 
      • Payment Processor and Attach Invoice options have been added to the Send Payment Request view
      •  In addition to Stripe, user can now choose to use manual payment processing when sending payment requests
      • Occurrences can now only be assigned to one invoice/pricing set
      • If no default invoice is available on event Pricing tabs, printing will be disabled
      • Corrected issue where checking the Hide No-Charge Items box on a Pricing tab would not hide all $0 items
    • Fixed issue where starred locations could still be visible on a user's dashboard after they had lost access rights to those locations
    • Updated the Disable Rules setting in the Event Form Config to include Validation Rules
    • Instructions are no longer omitted from Document Management reports that used the Reservation by Date - Excel scope
    • Restored the "[Not active]" message that is appended to inactive folder and cabinet names
    • Reduced the event editing permissions needed for users to generate invoices
    • Fixed issue where users could not choose where to route an event in the event form if a validation rule was setup to push an alert message
    • Removed the Done button from the Related Spaces and Related Resources dropdown menus in the location and resource details
    • Added a Tags column to the Event Save Email Template Settings table
    • Fixed issue where the opening the Custom Attribute modal in the event form would unexpectedly move the user's view to the top of the form
    • If a resource is added to an event automatically due to an Event Form Rule, the Included checkbox will now be greyed out
    • Fixed issue where, in rare occurrences, an event that a user had rights to view could be hidden from their availability views
    • Updated the Accessibility and Privacy Policy links in the 25Live More menu
    • Fixed issue where adding occurrences to an event in quick succession could bypass the conflict checker
    • Restored the ability to use a Time of Day source in the Event Form Rules without a Between operator
