Occurrences improvements:
- The Copy Occurrence window can copy to a different existing segment or a new one, and has "Remove All Locations/Resources" buttons. When copying, individual objects come off without a confirmation prompt.
- When copying a segment, you can filter objects so only matching ones are kept on the copied occurrences, or use "Remove All Locations/Resources" before saving.
- The Event Occurrences heading counts only active occurrences, so cancelled and exception occurrences are no longer included in the number.
- Setup and takedown time now always show in the same lighter blue in Occurrence Details, including on events that have only setup or takedown time.
Academic Grid improvements:
- On the Academic Grid Location view, dragging one section onto a section in another location asks whether to swap their locations.
- Academic Grid sections can still be moved when their start or end time is hidden from view, in the Standard, Instructor and Location views.
- Academic Grid hover details now show the event's time.
Pricing improvements:
- Organization records now have an Invoices tab listing the organization's invoices with balance and due-date information. Users can filter and sort the list, send follow-up emails, and, with the right permissions, request payment or mark payments as paid.
- The Invoice Summary view has a "Print Default Invoice" button (or "Print Related Events Invoice" when Combine Related Events is checked). It is disabled if the event type has no default invoice report, and applies only to instances using the new pricing.
Document Management improvements:
- The "Apply Date Range Options" count now matches what is selected for Occurrences and Occurrences by Date documents, and the options appear correctly in the Reports tool.
- Segments subreports now handle Comments correctly inside functions such as If Null. An existing subreport that used Comments shows a red body field until you reopen it and reselect Comments.
- More > About > Product Feedback now opens an embedded Feature Upvote page in 25Live, where users can browse and search suggestions and add their own.
- The time zone picker has two new options, Pacific Time, Canada (British Columbia) and Central Time, Canada (Manitoba). The existing Pacific and Central options no longer list Canada.
- The More menu's Tools list has a new "API Documentation" link.
- In the event List view, the Organizations column shows the primary organization first, followed by the other organizations in alphabetical order.
- If you have no starred locations, "Auto load starred" is switched off and you get a message saying your setting was changed.
- Organization Roles in Master Definitions have an "Abridged" column like Event Roles. Once roles are marked, users without the Group Administration permission "19.0 View All Organization Master Definitions (Not Just Abridged List)" see only those roles in organization details, contact details and the Connect25 officers and members lists, and a contact whose roles are all hidden stays on the list with a blank Role.
Additional Fixes and Improvements:
- Academic Grids load correctly when they include locations that have reciprocal "also assign" relationships and location editing is enabled.
- The cursor goes straight into the search box again when you open Select windows (advanced search criteria, Additional Organizations, and system tag, scenario and rule pickers).
- The Availability Weekly view shows the time range set in the time adjuster when it first opens, instead of midnight to 11pm.
- With reduced motion turned on, clicking Warnings on the Academic Grid while its menu is open now closes the menu instead of reopening it.
- The pencil and paper icon now appears on hover in the Availability grid in Safari for users who were not seeing it.
- Pricing occurrence times show the same times as the event instead of shifting to the browser's time zone.
- The masquerade banner is easier to read in Dark Mode.
- Copying a location that has layouts but no default layout now works instead of showing an error.
