Workflow improvements:
- The workflow diagram shows approvers and their roles, the completion status of each stage, and only the actions relevant to the form used, and lets you open a chat with a person directly from it. Reviewers and Approvals are combined under "Approvals", and clicking a stage or action opens a details pane.
- My Workflow shows its filters even when you have no pending items, lists all workflow statuses, and lets you view workflows you have completed.
- Workflow action pickers for mapping custom attributes have a search box. It applies to event and organization actions, including Create, Edit and Add Custom Attributes.
Forms improvements:
- Each form has a QR code you can download from the forms list or the Edit Form page. It links to the form's public link, and people who are not signed in are asked for their name and email if the form allows it, or see "Form Unavailable" if not.
- Under My Forms, "Draft Forms" is now "Saved Drafts", and forms spawned by a workflow appear under "Action Needed" with a red tag.
- Election nomination forms have a Cancel button, and "Save Progress" is now "Save Progress & Close". Cancelling or navigating away asks you to confirm discarding the form, and if you confirm, no draft is saved.
Organization improvements:
- Connect25 Configuration > Initialization has a new section for the default object security applied to organizations created by the Create Organization workflow action, which is separate from the general default org security.
- Connect25 admins can see every section and widget in event and organization layouts without being added to each organization, and can preview a layout as a specific role.
- Users who can approve Service Hours see a red dot on the organization's Service Hours tab when an entry is pending review.
Email improvements:
- User Search bulk actions include "Email selected" for emailing the selected users. It is available to Student Engagement admins only.
- Users with email permissions see a "From" field when composing an email. If it is left blank, the email goes out from the user's own address, which is shown as the field's placeholder.
- Events and organizations in the Connect25 Private category are visible only to signed-in users with a role in that organization. People who aren't signed in see Public and Promoted items. Promoted events and organizations appear in the Promoted sections.
- Promoted events now use a new "Connect25 Promoted" event category instead of Hot Event. Running Connect25 Initialize adds the category, and 25Live is unchanged.
- Organization Roles in Master Definitions have an "Abridged" column like Event Roles. Once roles are marked, users without the Group Administration permission "19.0 View All Organization Master Definitions (Not Just Abridged List)" see only those roles in organization details, contact details and the Connect25 officers and members lists, and a contact whose roles are all hidden stays on the list with a blank Role.
Additional Fixes and Improvements:
- My Organizations now updates correctly after you follow or unfollow an organization, or gain or lose a role in one, once the list is refreshed.
- The chat unread indicator clears after you read all your chats, and consistently appears when a workflow starts a private chat.
- The AI Form Builder editor no longer ignores the selected form's scope, and the changes it reports making are now applied.
- Organization URL/File custom attributes placed on forms now offer the same Link or Upload choice they offer elsewhere, so a file or image can be uploaded directly.
- The "Past Events" date filter on Event Search and My Events now returns events with any occurrence in the past 3 months, instead of coming back empty.
- An external image linked as an event logo still shows after the page is refreshed.
