  • Document Management now includes a "Hide Page Footer" checkbox in the footer editor, allowing users to suppress the default print date/time and page number from document output
  • Event form configurations now include two new toggles: one to hide the "Hide Request Conflicts" checkbox from users in location search, and one to set it as checked by default

  • Additional Fixes and Improvements

    • The Occurrences view now labels location capacity as "Default Capacity" and shows each layout's capacity in the layout dropdown, consistent with the Event Form editor display
    • Users can now clear and retype a value in the "Ends after X iterations" field in the Event Form pattern picker, instead of having to highlight or use arrow keys
    • Improved Dark Mode display to provide better contrast for text input field focus, search field prompt background, radio buttons, and the Max Capacity field when creating a location
    • Added an info tooltip to the Shared checkbox on the Occurrences tab and in the Event Form to clarify that checking it allows the location to be shared with other events
    • Fixed an issue where Event Save Email scenarios failed to create a To Do task when the task name exceeded 40 characters
    • Resolved display issues in the location Availability grid where requested location entries extended beyond the grid boundary or remained visible after turning off "Include Requested"
    • Fixed an error that prevented deleting the last item from a waitlist
    • Addressed an issue where opening "Manage Waitlist" from the weekly availability grid produced an empty modal when a request was behind a reservation for the same time
    • Ensured the "Filter by Tag" dropdown in Event Categories no longer displays duplicate tag entries
    • Addressed a problem where the Event Set table was hidden in the "Manage Bindings" window when event segments on the same event were bound to each other
    • Fixed an issue where removing a category from an event appeared not to save unless the page was refreshed
    • Resolved a bulk edit issue where using the category search in "Add/Remove Location Features" caused all features to be selected instead of only those chosen
    • When pausing a section, bound event segments are now paused and unpaused in tandem, and users are alerted which segments will be affected
    • Fixed an issue where exporting an Excel report produced a corrupt file
    • Resolved a console error that caused no data to display in the location availability views
  • Accessibility Improvements

    • Ensured disabled pagination buttons on the Event List page meet WCAG minimum contrast requirements
    • Ensured the waitlist icon displays consistently across both the Availability and Availability Weekly views for the same event
    • Fixed missing accessible label on the "Default 25Live Home Search" field in System Settings > General Settings > User Defaults
    • Addressed missing accessible labels on the "Calendar Start Day" and "Default Time Zone" fields in System Settings > General Settings > Date & Time Defaults
    • Added autocomplete support to contact information fields on the User Settings page to meet WCAG 1.3.5 (Identify Input Purpose)
    • Resolved uninformative page titles on the Dashboard and Search pages, which now include the application name (e.g., "Dashboard - 25Live") to help users distinguish tabs
    • Ensured the AI chat "Send" button in Express Scheduling has sufficient focus contrast in light mode
