  • Improvements in the Event Details view for inline editing of occurrences:
    • Created new "Merged" and "Separated" views for better visibility in segment management and improved labels (What are event segments?)
    • When adding a new segment, there are new abilities to optionally add locations and resources for new segments, as well as multiple occurrences and repeating patterns
    • Ensured Occurrences > Filter By Location and Filter By Resource correctly exclude occurrences from the list when activated
  • If your institution also uses CollegeNET Admit as a CRM tool, 25Live can now link to your instance using the More Menu > Go To Tool to manage registrants for events
  • Institutions that use StandOut Classroom (learn more) can now link to live chat in that application from the More Menu > Go To Tool
  • Additional Improvements and Fixes
    • Users can change all the segment dates/times (rather than only the start date/time) when copying a segmented event, and remove occurrences from the copy
    • In the Organization Details view, contact roles are now able to be clicked/tapped to change roles
    • Added ability for you to sort using the "Name" column in Master Definition table views and save the sort order
    • Updated the default landing page with instructions if a user mistypes their 25Live instance URL
    • Better application styling for mobile devices, and improved responsive design in Event Details views when editing occurrences to adapt better to different device widths
    • Fixed issue where payment mode was incorrectly triggered for pricing instead of totals from services
    • Addressed spontaneous view refresh when editing an event's additional time, which then lost the changes to the edited times
    • Prevented scenarios with task actions from sometimes being triggered when there are no event tasks
