  • Users with sufficient rights can now export data from System Settings > General Settings > User Activity > Sign-In Users
  • Contact searching now includes advanced search functionality
  • Several new event save email criterion have been added including: registered headcount, occurrence date, relative date, day of week, and time of day
  • Other Fixes and Improvements:
    • Events that are saved without an organization selected no longer display "(Private)" in the organization field
    • Users with native passwords no longer experience a password change when their active status is updated
    • Improvements have been made to event save email functionality to prevent the attachment of duplicate standard reports
    • Fixed an issue that caused the addition of categories to fail when inline editing events in cases where they were also removing a category
    • Improvements have been made to ensure that each document management file names are correctly formatted in audit trails and in emails
    • Additional location custom attribute variable options have been added to event save email functionality 
    • Users limited to running quick searches no longer see the Advanced search toggle
    • Long category names no longer break and display in other columns when selecting categories in an advanced search
    • Fixed issue where pop ups in calendar views could unexpectedly show up blank
    • Additional time information now displays in the summary section of event pages summaries
    • Restored organization document attachment functionality in event save email
    • In cases where users with Not Visible permissions to a document trigger scenarios that have those documents attached, the email received no longer includes a blank attachment. 
    • Chat labels throughout 25Live now include an icon
    • Minor UI updates made to the More Actions > Edit Event, Related Events, and Manage Bindings windows in event pages
    • Users can now edit events and update event states from pricing tabs
    • Selecting a time attribute from the advanced search and switching to a quick search no longer results in a time formatting variation that causes an error
    • When adding a pricing schedule, open AI chatbots now auto-close when the user closes the schedule
    • Fixed issue where users with the appropriate permissions could not update the Availability Grid Includes Requests setting in System Settings > User Defaults
    • Fixed issue where instances with Document Management confirmations set as their default confirmation attachment on an event save email could receive duplicate confirmations when an event save email was triggered
    • A new modal in the event form offers users the option to adjust the additional time on an event in cases where a location layout's additional time is resulting in a conflict

    • Additional start date, end date, and pricing date options have been added to the Invoice Details (Payment) (Excel)options in Document Management

  • Patch 01/16/2025:

    • The contact advanced search field "Name" has been relabelled to "Keyword" 

    • Fixed issue where saving a payment due date to a future date would fail and revert to the today's date

    • Restored the quick search dashboard widget
