Many of the issues in each release are based on your customer requests on the Series25 Feature Upvote site. Go to a Series25 application, log in, then navigate from the Product Feedback link in the More menu. You will be automatically authenticated.

  • Users can now toggle Pricing to default to the Payment mode, and the setting will remain "sticky"
  • Added more System Tags options, including:
    • Layouts
    • Requirements
    • Event Form Configuration
  • New field on invoices for editing the invoice number for all potential billed organizations
  • Added ability to lock a Pricing set with an option to refresh on demand
  • Two new columns have been added to event search results, Weekly Pattern and Weekly Frequency, for events with weekly or bi-weekly repeat patterns
  • Occurrences can now be moved to different invoices for better flexibility when deleting invoices
  • Large fields in the Event Details view can now be collapsed/expanded
  • Added description field to custom document template lists
  • New Document Management variables:
    • Added building variable for the event listing and reservation listing scopes
    • Made total tax variables available in multiple scopes
    • Variables related to custom attributes added to the invoice details payment Excel scope
    • New variables for bill item name and type
    • Occurrence counts can be used now in Excel scoped documents
  • Additional Improvements and Fixes:
    • Users on devices that display mouse-over hover information can now see headcount in the Availability Daily view
    • Limited payment invoice reports by organization to facilitate an ability to manage invoices separately
    • Occurrence Editing improvements:
      • When creating a new event segment using inline editing from the Occurrences tab, the segment name can now be configured as well as the date/time
      • Ensured that "Add Resources" always displays the correct available quantity if another event has changed resources for the same date/time
      • Fixed conflict displays for "Add Resources"
      • Corrected issue that occurred when a user tried to add a location on an event that is already assigned to another event where overlap exists, and the location displayed as available
      • Removed unnecessary alerts that showed when quickly adding objects
      • Ensured that "Add Location" is always available when it should be

    • Fixed issue with deleting event segments
    • Resolved error that occurred when adjusting Pricing on an invoice that only has requirements
    • Addressed problem when the Pricing Date is adjusted on the Standard Event Pricing after pricing set creation and changes didn't properly show
    • Prevented erroneous selection of additional rows that use the same location/resource as the intentionally selected location/resource under User Activity > Pending Locations/Resources
    • Resolved error about an invalid or unexpected token when using Email Template conditions for locations or resources
    • Improved visual application elements such as making editing links larger where needed
    • Performance improvements for better efficiency and speed in the application
