  • The event audit trail now tracks event relationship changes
  • Users in instances that have StandOut Classroom enabled will now be automatically authenticated when they click the StandOut Classroom link in the More menu
  • Users can now add System Tags to location features and manual email templates
  • Default layout capacity information is now listed in parenthesis beside the location name in location availability grids
  • Fixed issue where users without view access to a Document Scope report could select the scope from the dropdown
  • A new Invoice To column on the standard pricing occurrence view of the Pricing tab shows which invoice each occurrence or line item is assigned to
  • Various user interface updates have been made to event pricing tabs
  • Pricing sets are now referred to as custom invoices
  • Fixed issue where the Pricing tab's payment History sidebar was not showing the remaining balance and payment amount
  • Pricing sets with logged payments are now prevented from being deleted
  • Resolved issue where JReports could only be emailed in PDF format and not in other available output formats (Excel, HTML, etc)
  • The appropriate Email Event recipient boxes are now auto-filled when a user has selected a template that has associated event roles

Patch 07/30/2024

  • Improvements made to permission requirements that hid the Primary Organization dropdown in the event form for user groups restricted to one organization
  • Event forms no longer remove an event scheduler that was added by an event form rule after a user makes an edit to another form field
  • Restored the correct behavior when adding the word "scheduler" to a manual email template
  • Fixed issue where users without object security access to reports could not trigger Event Save Emails that had those reports attached
