  • Conflicting Requests Management: You can now see and manage tasks associated with conflicting requests that are waiting for a location, and overlapping requests (if any) are indicated. In addition, users can see when a location has been previously requested
  • Continued Document Management improvements:
    • The Occurrences By Date (Excel) report now includes the field, "Resource Instructions"
    • Improvements to Invoice Details (Payment) Excel, including better label names, 4 new parameters, and a new column option in the Summary worksheet
    • Improved the visual presentation and function of previewing in occurrence-based and invoice (payment)-based documents with radio button selectors. This improvement will also apply when printing these reports from Event Details
    • Added easier access to open a subreport in a new window for viewing or editing while you are editing an occurrence-based document
    • New templates for subpreports for simple re-use in larger documents, with an initial selection of seven templates 
    • Did you know Document Management is a great way to create custom reports? 
  • New ability to open availability grids to a specific date/range
  • Added a new place to edit invoice names from the left sidebar menu within Pricing > Pricing Mode > Payment, and you can now also drag-and-drop to change the invoice display order in the sidebar
  • Adjusted enforcement of the 80-character limit for the "Name" field in invoices
  • Prevented an erroneous error that sometimes occurred when editing a system tag
  • Improved error responses when failing to update a task
  • Fixed duplicate event confirmation emails that were sometimes sent when an event's state was changed from Tentative to Confirmed
  • Improved visual layout of the Associated Contacts section within Organization Details
  • Resolved issue where a location's open/close hours were not displayed correctly in the daily availability view
  • Better contrast in button color/text for improved accessibility
