A new and improved Data Import Tool is now accessible from More menu > Go To Tool > Import Tool (New). (The original import tool remains available.)
Users with email send permissions can now reply to threaded email conversations directly from the Threaded Emails panel on event detail pages without leaving 25Live.
Other Fixes and Improvements:
Fixed issue that requested resource quantity values display under the Associated Resource search in the event form.
Corrected functionality of the "Assign, then Deny/Add Others to Waitlist" option on multi-reservation events.
When adding a location with setup/takedown time via occurrence inline editing, the system now throws a warning if the setup/takedown time conflicts with another event.
Blackout occurrence dates outside the date range of the Blackout Settings table now display correctly.
Fixed a bug in the Availability Daily view when using Edit Mode where requested location and resource names were listed more than once in the Occurrence Details panel when multiple objects were requested on an event.
The Email History tab on event detail pages has been renamed Threaded Emails.
Fixed issue in the Edit Grid modal that prevented locations from being selected from the Location Search dropdown.
The Has Outstanding Payments search criteria has been renamed to Has Outstanding Balance.
A new Has Payments search criterion lets you filter for events that have payments logged.
When creating a To Do task from Event More Actions or Task Search, the Contact field now enforces single selection, preventing the confusion of selecting multiple contacts when only one receives the task.
When a location has a request conflict (not a confirmed booking), the Conflict Details modal now shows the message "[Location] has been requested on the dates below".
Date offset labels that previously showed "+/- days" in To Do templates, Scenario schedule types, and Scheduled Email settings have been reworded to clearly indicate whether the offset is days before or days after the first occurrence.
Space conflict error messages during occurrence inline editing now include the conflicting event name and date(s), with a direct link to the conflicting event.
Administrators can now set the system-wide default for Copy myself on all emails I send in System Settings > General Settings > Email Defaults. (Individual users can still override this in their own User Settings.)
The Express Scheduling widget on the dashboard now occupies the full width of its column, consistent with its mobile appearance.
Fixed a bug in the Find Available Locations "I Know When" widget where switching date templates did not refresh search results, causing stale availability data to display until the user toggled "Show Extra Fields."
Links to Chat conversations in 25Live (such as those in unread-email notifications) now open the correct channel directly, without requiring the user to locate the conversation manually.
In Document Management (Occurrences scope), the Text, Number, Date, and DateTime Comparison functions now accept manually typed values in addition to element variable selections, making it easier to build conditional expressions like "if Event Type equals 'section.'"
In Document Management, Occurrences-scoped reports that include group headers under Page Body > Group By now display a "Group Headers" label above that section for clarity.
In Document Management, Event and Organization scoped reports can now embed subreports, including new "occurrences" and "segments" scope subreports. Subreports can also be nested within other subreports and inserted as template variables, giving document authors much greater control over how repeating data is formatted in generated documents.
Accessibility Fixes and Improvements
Screen readers no longer announce the "25Live" and "Event Form" navigation links twice.
Tooltips on the Event Form (such as the "Additional Time" bookmark tooltip) can now be triggered via keyboard focus and are properly announced by screen readers.
Screen readers now announce result counts ("X events found" or "No events found") after running a search on Event, Location, Resource, or Organization search pages.
When customizing the home dashboard, arrow buttons are now displayed on the panel selection overlay so users can reposition panels without dragging.
