  • New - A read-only version of the Academic Grid is now available in all 25Live instances. This schedule-only Meeting Pattern Grid grid can be used to review the times and meeting patterns of sections. Be sure to enable Academic Options: 6.0 Access to Academic Grids to use the the new mode.
  • Other Fixes and Improvements:
    • System Tags in the Master Definitions now link to their associated Group Administration security pages.
    • Email template > Table Builder > Occurrences has three new table options: Segment Expected, Segment Registered, and Segment Comments. 
    • The NOT IN operator is no longer behaving like the IN operator when using Location + Layout rules.
    • The Location Formal Name field is now wider for better text visibility.
    • Restored the ability to create a new event from the last half hour section of an availability weekly view.
    • The Event Form Rule form now includes a Description field for adding comments.
    • The Event Save Email scenario from now include a Description field for adding comments.
    • Each template in Document Management > Templates now includes a Sample button, allowing users to preview the template.
    • Users can now use repeating patterns to add occurrences when extending events.
    • The Do Not Include operator no longer reverts to the Include All operator when saving an advanced search that uses the Standard Schedules criteria.
    • Improvements made to pricing calculations for related events.
    • 25Live Pricing now prevents users from using both Freshbooks and native payment requests on a single event.
    • Fixed issues that prevented users from successfully running the Event Type List report from the Master Definitions.
    • User interface improvements added to System Tags sections in 25Live and Group Administration.
    • Restored correct resource mapping behavior when editing a multi-occurrence event and choosing One by One or Date by Date .
    • The label on the Allow Silent Save toggle in Event Form Settings > Config Settings > Edit has been updated to clarify its purpose.
  • Occurrences and segments fixes and improvements:
    • Restored Cancel button functionality when inline editing occurrence dates.
    • Removing multiple objects too quickly via occurrence inline editing no longer throws an alert message.
    • The Additional Time slider no longer appears clickable when hovering with a cursor.
    • Fixed various issues with the Additional Time slider displaying incorrect times and block colors.
    • Resolved edge case issues where segments with matching dates could encounter copy issues and occurrences could be added unexpectedly.
