Pricing and invoicing in 25Live are getting a big simplification this Fall.
The Standard Pricing and Payment Mode toggle is going away and will be replaced by two views for every event:
A Pricing Summary that always shows everything priced
A Standard Invoice generated for you
An upcoming improvement to how overlapping items display on the Academic Grid, and the grid will account for location relationships
A new email variable for Event Save Email templates that will show only "Active" occurrences
Added security options around event state changes as well as telemetry to inform whether a new permission is needed
Admins will be able to bulk-create or update system definitions like categories, custom attributes, and event types from a spreadsheet, instead of entering them one at a time
Event Quotas will support day-of-week limits, so schools can set different maximums for weekdays versus weekends, and they will include an option to check quotas per event rather than per reservation
The Excel "Occurrences by Date" report will get new sorting, date range, and grouping options
