The Connect25 form builder has been redesigned with a tabbed layout (Settings, Workflow, Access, Fields, Rules, Preview).
Admins can now drag field types from a palette onto the form canvas and reorder them by dragging rather than using up/down arrow buttons.
Rules can be created from a dedicated Rules tab or directly from any field card, and the Preview tab renders the form with conditional logic visualized so admins can confirm display behavior before publishing.
The Forms list also gains an "Exclude Disabled" checkbox and a Form Use filter to make large form libraries easier to manage.
Additional Fixes and Improvements:
Administrators can now configure what student organization members are permitted to do based on their organization's status (org rating). Behavior can be set to Allow, Warn (with a configurable warning message), or Deny for each function.
Chat channels for Connect25 workflows have been converted from public channels and direct messages to private channels. So chats are no longer open to anyone browsing the channel list.
Fixed issue where the My Events view was returning no results even for students who had registered for or were following events.
Students can now filter the My Events view and the Event Search page to show only events they are currently following.
Accessibility Improvements:
Connect25 automated slideshows now include a pause/stop button for users who wish to stop auto-advancing content.
Active tabs, navigation items, email links, workflow status badges, and validation error text in ingestion forms no longer fail WCAG 2.1 AA color contrast requirements.
The "Join Organization" select, ingestion form controls, sidebar unread-dot indicators, and the org tile rating/standing pill now have accessible names and non-color state indicators for screen reader and color-blind users.
Connect25 now includes a Skip to Main Content link, allowing keyboard-only users to bypass the navigation header and jump directly to page content.
The event check-in page now has a correct heading hierarchy and document title for screen reader navigation.
Several markup, labeling, and contrast issues has been resolved across Chat, Organization Details, Event Details, My Workflow, and the Users search table, improving screen reader accuracy and keyboard navigation in each area.
