Security Note
What you can see and do in this application depends on the security permissions associated with your 25Live user account. If you can't access something you think you should be able to, contact your 25Live Administrator.
You can unbind events by choosing Manage Bindings from either of two places in 25Live Pro:
- From the summary of More Event Options displayed when you finish creating or editing an event in the Event Form (if you have appropriate security permissions)
OR
- From the More Actions menu for an open event
Bound events are displayed in the left-hand column in the Details view of the event.
To Remove Events From a Bound Set and Remove Bindings
1. Access the Manage Bound Events Window
With one of the events open in the details view, choose Manage Bindings from the More Actions menu.
OR
Select Manage Bindings in More Event Options immediately after saving a new or edited event.
2. Click the Remove Events from Set Button
In the Manage Bound Events window, the title informs you if this event is in a bound event set. To remove events (and remove bindings), click the “Remove Events from Set” button.
3. Select the Events to Remove
Check the box of each event you want to remove from the set, then use the Remove Selected button.
Image: Use the Manage Bound Events window to remove bound.
A refreshed list of all the remaining events in the set displays, or if there are no other bound events, the subtitle informs you that this event is not in a bound event set.
4. Close the Window
Close the Manage Bound Events window, or use the Remove Events from Set button to remove additional events.
Note: Related Events
Another type of relationship -- between "related" events that don't have to have the same location assignment(s) but you want to relate for other reasons -- is also displayed in event details. To learn more, see Creating Related Events.
