Tips When Using Overlay Reports

Locations by Time Overlay Notes: Data for each snapshot selected in a comparison set is shown simultaneously in each chartlet. Using a desktop computer, hover over a key in the legend to highlight the corresponding fill area and display both the critical time period and average room usage for that snapshot. The count for each grouping will update to show the total count across all snapshots for that grouping.

Room vs. Seat Utilization Overlay Notes: Data for each snapshot selected in a comparison set is shown simultaneously in the chart. Use the "Count & Average" control options to...

  • Combine - both the grand total average utilization and the counts of each grouping (when grouped by anything other than “All”) are based on a combination of values across all snapshots selected in a comparison set
  • Separate - both of these metrics are calculated individually for each snapshot

The legend will appear differently based on which of these two values and which group are selected. Click an icon in the legend to hide/unhide the corresponding dots. Hover over to highlight corresponding dots.
