What•Do•You•Think? v2022.03 Release Notes
We’re pleased to announce the What•Do•You•Think? Course Evaluation System v2022.03 Release with updated and additional functionality. Find details about Version 2022.03 below, including a new Qualitative Sentiment Analysis Report, read-only terms, and on-going back-end improvements.
New Qualitative Sentiment Analysis Report
What•Do•You•Think?’s new Qualitative Sentiment Analysis Report provides additional scores for tone and sentiment to your open-ended questions.
Using this tool allows you to view a breakdown of scores, ratings, and filter the results to see comments that correspond to each for one term at a time. You can filter the question across the University, to different schools within the university, different departments within those schools, and even down to individual instructors.
Once the question is filtered, you can then compare the results against different schools, departments, or instructors.
You may export the results in any combinations of filters and comparisons using the Export button. This provides a .xlsx file broken down into different columns for the different results for each response.
This new Qualitative Sentiment Analysis Report comes with additional configuration options and robust reporting. For more information, see our Help Center article, Qualitative Sentiment Analysis Report.
Terms and Sessions Read-only Permissions
You may now add Read-only Permissions to Terms. This user configuration allows you to grant additional permissions to certain users so they may view the Terms and Sessions page.
Note: This setting allows users to view Terms and Sessions page, however, editing functionality on that page has been removed.
For more information and instructions on how to set up this permission, see our Help Center article, Adding Read-only Permissions to Terms.
