- Corrected underlying issue causing "Unable to create XML stream..." error when removing all existing notification policies from an event type
- System no longer sends incorrect start/end dates—resulting in unexpected routing errors—when creating a new folder/cabinet
- Re-added missing alert that warns users that they cannot masquerade as other admin users
